Odisha is a coastal state under the Union of India. It is much known state in terms of favorite tourist destination for people from all across the country and also from abroad. Tourists and tourism in Odisha is by and large confined to its coastal districts and among them Puri is most traveled destination. Puri has the dual distinction of being a the abode of Lord Jagannath, "The Lord Of Universe", is a deity worshiped by followers of Hinduism, and also for the scenic beaches spread across the township. Other than Puri there are favorite destinations like Konark, Gopalpur, Chandipur and of course the capital city Bhubaneswar.
However this blog is a humble attempt and about exploring Odisha as a whole and its innumerable destinations spread across the states, much of which are less explored. So this blog aims to bridge the gap between intended travelers who love to freak out to lesser known places and ready to experience the bounteousness of nature.
Odisha is divided into 30 administrative districts, the state shares its borders with West Bengal and Jharkhand on the eastern and northern fringes and with Chattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh in western and Southern fringes respectively.
Author in due course of time seek to unravel the myriad dimensions of each of these unexplored travel destinations located in different districts of Odisha.
